Footswitch for Ampeg Rocket Bass amps

I notice that on the Ampeg company website, on the Rocket Bass Accessories page (https://ampeg.com/rocket-bass/accessories.html), the only footswitch listed is the AFS2, which is a 2-button switch. I know that the SGT circuit is footswitchable on Rocket Bass amps, but what would the second switch control?

The AFS2 has a TRS (Tip/Ring/Sleeve) ¼” plug. The TS switch will control the SGT, the other switch won’t do anything in your amp.

The Rocket series combos don't seem to have footswitchable Mute or EQ engagement, only SGT. A note for the AFS2 states "*SGT on/off is accessed by the left button only. The right button is inoperable for Rocket Bass® amps".

From the BA series combo manual: "Be sure to ask for model #AFP1, #AFP2, or #AFP3." Ampeg may have discontinued them in favor of having one switch for all their different amps. I'm pretty certain you could use any of these older models as well, as the AFS2 would need to be backward compatible. The AFP1 is a single button foot switch that I would assume would suffice.

I've been thinking about building a DIY foot switch, but I can't tell if the AFS switch lifts the sleeve or the tip connection for the channel switching. Does anyone know?
