I played a squier vmj5 yesterday and had such gas. Played it through an among portaflex 20w tube head and the flip top cab and my heart nearly burst.
I honestly was never super impressed by ampeg heads when I owned them in the past but this thing was just soooooo nice. Maybe it was the fact that it drowned out the five guitarists all wanking away with the volume at about 3.

Love my Zon's and GENZ-BENZ amps! I don't need any more gear, I just acquire more stuff for the pure pleasure and variety of it all. Hope I never run out of GAS! That reminds me, I really have been thinking of acquiring a vintage squire fretless...
