free ESP bass!

The ESP Guitar Company | 2011 USA Website
i like this one.
Looks good and looks like it would sound good.

I totally agree. Only I'd get one in 6 string. Don't do metal so don't need a bunch of pointy things sticking out of the bass. Don't want the super neck-dive of a "bird". Surveyor-5 in natural is nice enough but two band EQ and looks just like my SX basses!

B series is the one. Ash body. Killer top wood. Conservative modern shape. Nice looking 5/6 string. 3 band EQ (mid knob important I discovered on my Fender V deluxe). Decent heavy bridge. ESP Soapbars for modern tone (I really don't like EMG pups) . Yup This is the one!

I don't own any ESP basses but do have an ESP 7 string guitar (which happens to be sitting right here by my computer). I think that ESP makes much underrated instruments.

I like the gloss and wood tones in this one.

Even if you're not a huge fan of relic'ing per se, is it really so bad that it's a deal-breaker? I was always surprised by that. It doesn't impede tone or playability even a little and it only affects looks a bit. It's not the end of the world but that's just my opinion. :)
