Thanks for sharing!!
Spot on........ but still a great app.. and I do 90% of my practicing with my PC. Even my metronome is on my PC from StudyBass.com.

Awesome app!
I'm running a newer MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard 10.6.4 and so far this works great.
The Good:
- The slow downer is pretty much perfect. If I really need to slow something down I usually just use quicktime 7 but this slows things down more nicely.
-The transposer is great too, very clean
The Bad:
-It couldn't read some mp3s
-The transcriber looks like it works but it's really jumpy and doesn't seem to capture rhythm well at all.
-Can't click the transposer, volume and slowndowner into place. You have to drag
-Karaoke mode seems pretty much useless
The Ugly:
-Doesn't remember folders. This is probably the most frustrating thing because all my music is in my iTunes folder and every time I want to open a new song I have to navigate to it from the root. Super annoying and imo, the thing that needs to be fixed most urgently.
Suggestions:
-add a zoom in an out so one can more precisely set loops and start points.
-allows clicking volume, slow downer, and transposer into place
-add a pan (left-right) option instead of the karaoke mode.
-add an EQ
-repackage in such a way that it is recognized as a program so we can click mp3 or wav files and tell them to "open with SlowMP3" (if possible).
Despite my criticisms I dig it a lot and it's FREE!! I'm going to use this as my primary track slower and pitch shifter for personal practice.
Great job dude!
