Still haven't been able to really use mine, because I can't find the correct power adapter (#@*%)!!. I have found one that has the right specs, but it's not regulated, so there is a loud buzz when I engage the circuit. This has been a major PIA with buying this unit. Quad gave me a supplier and model no. earlier in the thread, but I couldn't match it up.

This is the latest one that I got, apparently not regulated:

If your buying one of these, I urge you to start looking for a power adapter.

Rick- that looks freaking AWESOME!! The font worked perfectly!! I can only imagine that it sounds as incredible as it looks!! I like how the pitting is on the enclosure too, it looks very natural.

In regards to Dave Hill's reflections on the proper power adapter, perhaps Rick or Quadragong can point us in the right direction on that.

It looks like I'm going to need the power adapter very soon!!

LOL indeed. I lack the common knowledge to figure out what adapter one should buy. Man those FC overdrives are dead sexy tho. I don't know if I want a mini amp or an overdrive. Its mind boggling.

The reason Rick doesn't carry it is because he is in the UK and his European clients use the standard Euro type plug..
perhaps he's not used to do much US business?..
