I was just listening to Franz Ferdinand singer Alex Kapranos on the radio (BBC) :
'Eating is an adventure'
and I thought of this thread.
So he was talking about how, although he grew up in Scotland, his Father was Greek and he loved how it was so different when they went to Greece - how the family would be based around meals, where they would take their time, sit outside and enjoy the view, the air and have many varied dishes with fresh food, lots of colours and textures - eating and drinking small amounts of lots of different things over a long period of time!!
That's what draws me to Greece!
