Double Bass Full circle and Alembic F1X?

I will be doing my first DB gig in about a month, and am in the process of trying to sort out my rig. I have a 1950 Kay C1 and will be having a Full Circle installed here in the next week or so. I am hoping to be able to run it through my Alembic F1X preamp>QSC 3402>Bergantino (either HT or EX) 112.

Is this going to work as far as input impedance goes, or do I NEED something in between the FC and the Alembic?

I will be using my BG as well, probably, because I probably will run out of steam on the upright before the gig is out, so I am thinking I will just throw a mic on the cabinet rather than run direct so there won't be major issues at the FOH. There's no sound engineer, but as it's just me and my singer who will be playing acoustic guitar and mandolin, so it's just nominal FOH support anyway.

Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated!

I also own an Alembic F-1X and run the Full Circle pickup of my Shen SB180 directly into the unit. (FC pickup - F-1X - Crown amp - Phil Jones 6B cabinet) I have never had an issue with this gig-ready setup. Also, the DI out of the F-1X into the PA mixer works well with the FC.

As per Mica Wickersham, input #1 is 1Meg, #2 is 136K.

And Zeke, that is good to know. The reason I'd be micing is only because of the switch to slab with no one to adjust in the FOH. This way I can do my eqing onstage and have it not be drastically different in the mains. My electric bass has A TON of output and bottom. It scares engineers sometimes. :-)
