Speaking of movies, has anyone else noticed a big increase in movie prices these days? My theater went from $7.50 at night to $9.00 in a month, and the day prices have been rising every now and then as well. No wonder I rent movies nowadays.

It has high tech computers inside to keep you balanced at all times, when you can just put a freaking wheel on the front of the scooter and bam! The computers are rendered useless.

Also, I would like to know how the Monster Truck rallies came to to be.

Your theatre must've been catching up with the rest of the world. Movies here have been $9.00 for quite some time now. As an aside, if you are an AAA member you can get 4-packs of tickets for $24 ($6 apiece). $6 to see a movie on the big screen is worth it compared to the almost $5.00 you have to pay to rent from BlockBuster or the $3.99 + sales tax + FCC fees the cable companies charge.

I don't watch many movies on the big screen, just the ones worthy (IMO) of the theatre experience.
