Sorry to wake the dead and all, but one of my favorites of all time is Aphex Twin - Afx237 V7 (or as the movie is called, Rubber Johnny)

i would have to say:

Its very random, but i usually laugh at random things, so i thought this movie was very funny.

Usually I don't watch videos to make me laugh, but whenever I see a death metal video, or a stupid popstar getting tortured (like that James Blunt video where he's on fire), that's pretty funny.
Sometimes I wish that I could do that thing from Family Guy - so I'm sitting at home, watching TV, and then the Rock DJ video comes on. I then make a long journey to Robbie Williams' house, like catching a cab, flying to the UK and stuff, and then I arrive at his mansion, I ring the doorbell, he answers, and then I hit him and say "That's NOT FUNNY!"

also, for all you Canadians out there,
"Groovy Dead", and "Empty Cell" (the version with Danko Jones and Floria Sigismondi) by Rusty were funny.
Also, the video for the Crash Test Dummies version of "The First Noel" was a classic. It's a shame Much Music doesn't play videos anymore.
