so to answer my own question from earlier in the forum, the BDPG sounds wicked runnining straight into a power amp. I'm on the fence as to wether or not thats how I'll actually use it, but it definately sounds killer. It works well with the boost feature from GK RB series power sections, gives it a little extra volume.

So i fired up the rig in our jam room with my BDPG, stomped on the Stache, and and a big ol piece of paint peeled off the ceiling and landed on the floor right in front of me. Hopefully it will have the same effect on the clothes of scantly clad women!
