For my own clarification, can someone point out where those rules are? Is it the Talkbass rules or Fuzzrocious Club rules?

I'm mobile and can't search it easily right now, but if it's anywhere, it's in the TB user agreement. If it's illegal to post for sale items outside of the classifieds (which is supporting members only), it's probably illegal to inquire for pedals one wants. There is a "wanted" section in the classifieds (that probably no one checks).
Seriously dude? You could've just pointed him in the right direction or answered his question politely. Not everyone knows how to navigate TB the best. Show some class.
Yeah, they're under "forums" then when you go info the "basses" forum lets say, it will have the stickies at the top before all the other more recent or "hot" threads posted. All the subcategory forums have the stickies at the top like that. I do believe that it's the same on the mobile app. I don't know where to find the "rules/FAQ/CUP" on the mobile site but on the PC, it's in a blue bar towards the top of the page, it's the second option in that blue bar from the left. Hopefully this helps.
Now that that's all cleared up. There's one thing I love about Talkbass, everyone respecting each other opinions, comments and suggestions. I hope that will continue.
If you go to "forums" then to whichever sub forum like "basses" for instance, there should be a tab, the middle one, at the top of the screen once in said forum marked stickies. That's how it is on the iPhone anyway. Maybe it's different on others??

Imo asking if it's ok while going ahead anyway, without looking up the rules or waiting for an answer, is classless and deserves the serve I gave.
The forum is not over run with free WTB adverts and For Sale adverts, how come? Everyone else "gets it" that's why. I see our offender is a supporting member now that I'm on PC but it's same rules for all.

Then why would he give someone a pass for being REPEATEDLY abrasive. I dont get that. Maybe its time someone said something about it.....
I got my demon king in the mail on sat!! It's everything I thought it would be. I like they fact that it has so many different options with tones and OD all the way to some serious raunch. The feedback loop is a plus too. It replaced my fulltone OCD on my board.
