Have you thought about putting together something along the lines of a Fulltone Bass Drive, i.e., Tubescreamer/overdrive circuit but with better bass response? I know you have the Oh See Demon and Dark Driving, but I don't know if the OSD has enough low end and vice versa for the DD? I think I did read something about the DD getting the "more treble" treatment? Welcoming any input!

Nah.
The OCD has all the bass or treble needed. I have my hands full on pedals, but anything is possible down the line!
The new DDs are capable of a less dark gain setting.

Just got Dark Driving number 031, the first one with the toggle apparently:

Sounds great! I'll try it at rehearsal at the next jam later this week.

With the toggle to the left, the tone is a brighter with less output, I dont really hear too much difference in the amount of distortion, it just adds more high end content. Toggle to the right gives a darker tone, however I could get it plenty bright by adjusting the trimpot inside as well. I assume toggle to the right is the original circuit.

Paint job is sweet and everything is solid but the solder for the LED seems to have come loose during shipping. I think I know where it needs to go but can you please confirm Ry? Should I connect it to the bottom right hand corner under the 100k trim? looks like it is labeled as "out" on the board.

I just received my DD about a week or two ago. Its number 30. I guess mine is the last to not have a toggle! Simpler is bliss So far sounds great! Can I get number?

One cuts bass, the other cuts gain.
Plain n simple.
I set them for full gain, full bass!

You'll be happy with those two I have those on my board right now. Still love the DD, but currently it's on vacation, looking pretty in the gear locker.
