After having some time to party with my new gs+, I can confidently say that this pedal is the most absurdly crushing fuzz I've ever heard. As soon as I turned it on and dialed it in I couldn't help but shake my head. Literally no low end loss. Ryan you rule; get me a rat tail going and you'll be my hero.

The wobble you hear from the filter is being done via expression pedal input! No, I don't have one. I hit a pigeon with my car and intercepted this mp3 programed into it's ipod.


I don't know why..... but I think this pedal should be named pterodactyl.

I think we need another sci-fi series reference... Perhaps something to do with Firefly? The FilterFly Synth perhaps?

The fuzz filter is a three knobber, one footswitch. Volume, filter, and intensity. The intensity knob can be bypassed to go to an expression input. I've been using a Moog expression with it.
I'll do a video soon once I rehouse it in a 1590-sized box, sideways, but all top-mounted jacks. It sounds way nastier/heavier through a head/speakers!!!

Btw, when the clip gets heavier, that's a dark driving and then a moog freqbox pushing it.

Having just this last weekend created this ickle gtar beauty -

I feel it is my aesthetic duty to add a Free Candy and possibly a Phase 90
I want a Free Candy anyway, irregardless of the colour, I just hope I can get the funds before others beat me to it!

I've been listening to the Free Candy clips a lot. I have so many fuzz pedals it's rediculous.... however it does sound pretty damn massive.

That board is mainly intended for guitar use, but as I say all pedals present will be drafted into Bass duty once in a while via a Barge Concepts Looper
