I have tried using a small mixer in the effects loop of a GK MB150 to blend a mic with a pickup. Not only did it not work as well as I hoped, but it was also too much hassle and extra stuff and kinda defeated the whole reason for carrying a small combo amp in the first place. You really need two channels to do this right.
