Well my camera still hates me so all i can do is post a few action shots of my Tribby L-2000 in action. Ha I love this thing, the guy we were opening for was playing a 6 string Tobias, and said he was even jealous about the tones i was getting. Naturally I told him it was clearly my fingers and not the bass kidding.
Now I can rightfully take my #80 place

BTW, I just had a splendid idea. It would be nice if everyone who wants a number after this could request it in their post, since I'm starting to have a hard time keeping track of all of our members. If you have a number, you don't need to do anything, since this only apply to new members. And if you want a number you don't need to do anything fancy, just write somewhere in your post that you want a number and post a pic of you G&L-bass.

I gotcha. It's really a four string plus one. I'm a funny bass player, I guess, in that switching from four strings to five strings is no problem for me. It seems like a lot of guys here consider a four and a five string different animals that play differently and that you approach differently. I see my five string as a four string with a long, narrow, note producing thumb rest.
