There was some talk about the L2500 Tribute having trouble with the bridge pulling off when strung through the bridge. The tribute has two screws, one on each end of the bridge. It looks like yours has those two screws .... and five more!

Oh no...

It´s a real old school 1997, no strings through the bridge!¨
6 screws and black plate...

here's my 2500, which i was told was a 97...it went back to the factory for neck replacement and came back 3+2...no serial number on the neck, bridge, or plate now. I think I have on on the COA paper tho.

THIS is why I have to change my handle. Yep, chased the StingRay HH right out of the yard. The new #1. I prefer to call the finish the "Crown Royal" burst- yes, its that smooth.:D

Is that MIA? I have the same color for my Tribby. When I ordered it off the internet, I wasn't that wild about how the color looked in the pictures, but the price couldn't be beat. I actually wanted natural finish or blue burst, but I love the color now - no regrets.
