Sorry guys, but due to some final exams I haven't had time to check talkbass daily, and when one doesn't do that, talkbass stops sending you updatereminders about watched threads, like this one. This is the second time this happens, and I'm truly sorry, but if you don't get your numbers in a week, please pop me a PM or email me!

I just traded an EBO and a Fender Deluxe V Jazz for a G&L 2500. I didn't even play it in the store. It is sunburst and has a birdseye maple neck! I paid the equivalent of 750 for this bass w/OHSC, and it is in pretty good shape. The metal needs some shining, but no major flaws in the finish! I really don't know what I have. I have to look up info on all those switches!

The serial number on the neck is CLF17675 which does not show up in any dating charts? Pix later, or tomorrow.

I should have put the topic from the main bass forum over here. Sorry guys. I am cleaning it up, and I almost have all of the buckle rash gone!! A little more Scratch-X and Zymol, along with Dr Ducks for the neck, and It'll look like new!! kinda almost......

Thanks for the membership, I'll have to add it to my sig!
