G&L Fallout Bass launch soon?

Can you tell me how much your Fall out bass weighs as I have a bad shoulder but I am interested in buying one as I also have hand problems.
I wouldn't say inevitable. Has there ever been a Wunkay tribute? I'd venture to guess there'd be more of a market for one of those than a short scale version. Just my two cents.
Ok, for all of you who are loving the Fallout short scale bass, stop the video at 0.08. Don't know if this is production or custom shop, but it seems there is life after the launch edition.
Agreed.
Speculation (like in the post above yours) is that there will be a cheaper line, and that the "launch" edition was premium priced.
Ok, gang, I recommend you watch/visit the Sweetwater Gearfest this weekend. All I can officially say at this point is new fun stuff coming out.

All I know is something must be going on with the Fallout. The special edition price was ridiculous, this coming from someone who purchased a new CLF L-1000 for $100 less than a Fallout AND got a hardshell G&L case to boot. I saw a video on the Anderton's YouTube site where they are blowing out their inventory of special editions at a £400 discount. If G&L had kept the price near what the early speculation was, around $1200-1300, I'd own one. But as $1700 with a $60 gig bag thrown, that's ridiculous. I could get a CLF L-2000 for that much money and that's a lot more bass than the short scale Fallout.
Agreed, at £450 off they're a lot more tempting for me, but still not quite there. I'd like to try one, I think it'd feel a lot more worthwhile once I'd done that, but I'll be keeping an eye on this new announcement.
Yup. I love the 'Wunkay' sound, and I'd love it in a short scale, but at that price it's ~£500 more than a MIA Mustang, and well over twice what I paid for my SBMM Stingray. I'd love to be able to justify it, I think the Fallouts are beautiful, but I can't - at least not sight unseen.
Now, a Tribute model? I think I'd snap one up immediately.
