I've never heard of that string set, but the gauges and tensions are similar to the medium gauge (50-105) D'Addario Nickel XL rounds. I have those on my main bass that's in D Standard (D-G-C-F). But I wouldn't go below that with those strings. You'll want something heavier.
I had a bass tuned to C Standard (C-F-A#-D#) a few years ago. I had heavy gauge (65-125) DR-DDTs on that bass and they felt pretty good. You might want to check out strings for 4 string B Standard (B-E-A-D) tuning and just tune them up half a step.
If you want flats, the La Bella 1954 Originals (52-113 gauge) or the Rotosound 77 Steve Harris Signature (50-110 gauge) strings should be great for C Standard. They're some of the most tense flats on the market, but they'll have more normal tension tuned to C Standard.
