Whoa, that's a lot of sugar and salt. I don't drink soda, so I'm more sensitive to that sugar number, 23g per pouch.

I agree as I do not drink a lot of soda and heavy on the sugar drinks unless they are like fruit and vegetable juices where the sugars are natural.
