GBS instead of GAS

Who else here has GBS (Gear Build Syndrom)?

Oberton just released a few new drivers that invaded my mind but refuse to leave it.....

Maybe I'm choosing the ferrite 12" instead of the Neo, in a horn-reflex both have about the same max spl and the Ferrite is even lighter. Invalid Link Removed

It's not going to be an über neutral cab like my 210 with coaxial mid/high driver but one with a build in "voice". It should sound massive, forward and sorta dirty-in-the-mids and it should be small and angled towards the player.

GBS(Gear Build Syndrom)? Yes that's me. I'm going through withdrawals while in transition and moving to a new place.

You know, as much as I love buying the basses that I love... I always feel like I want to start building my own.

I likely will after I buy the next couple of basses I'm dying to own. It will be a fretless though, to simplify the process.

Even if I didn't have a day-time-job the time available wouldn't be sufficient for all the ideas I have in my head.....aaargghhh
