Double Bass Genz Benz Shuttle 3.0 vs. GK MB200

Looking at a GB Shuttle 3.0 for UB and doubling work, with a 1x10 cab.
I do like my ShuttleMax 12.0, which I use a lot. I haven't had a bunch of work with the UB needing an amp, mostly doing classical, but looking to do more soon. The SM12.0 seems to do a fine job with the UB, as little as I have used it for that. The GK is a nice little amp, but maybe a little noisy, and the tone is a little dark for my tastes generally. But it is handy, and it works.

For those who have used the GB, would you say it's a significant improvement over the GK? (Looks like they are going away soon, so might have to snag one if it's worth it)

One of my favorite amps. They sound great for doubling. The parametric mid is nice for shaping with the DB, and the filters are great for both as well(usually all I do when doubling is use the mid filter for upright, and run it flat for electric). I've got 2 of the 3.0's now. One is in the 10T combo, the other the separate head. The new 6.2 looks great though.

+1 IMHO the Genz Benz is a step up from the MB200. It's tone shaping and cabinet design sound more refined than the MB200. Just my take.
