Yeah... I’m not surprised. I haven’t seen the acoustic amp up close and personal but I sometimes play my Lowden through the BA12-3 and a Magellan 800 and it is astoundingly good. The bass array concept simply works. Add that to a well thought out preamp and a good clean power section and you’ve got a killer rig.

I bet a pair of BA12-3’s or even the 10-2’s would even sound great as a small PA rig.

So, my local store recently became a Genzler dealer. I just spent the last couple hours in there messing around/trying and buying a couple pedals. But part of that time was spent listening to them playing a Taylor acoustic through one of the new Genzler acoustic array combo amps.

Holy. Crap.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard an acoustic guitar sound so amazing. They’ve got a fairly large room that their higher end acoustics and acoustic amps are in, and it just completely filled the room with sound. I honestly couldn’t believe that much sound was coming from such a compact amp. And it was just pristine sounding. Kudos to Jeff and crew for making an amp that has quite possibly the best acoustic guitar sound I’ve ever heard.

Thanks Ryan, While not to dwell on the new Acoustic Array PRO, glad you had a chance to check it out. We do appreciate your compliments.

But this just goes to show how the detail of the Bass Array concept really works --- for bass and other stringed instruments. I've always felt there is a closer kinship between basses and acoustic guitars than electric guitars. It's all about the wood, strings and pristine, natural acoustic properties of the instrument.

I get that - but FWIW, you'd be quite surprised how much sound it makes with just the 110. And you can always add a second Bass Array 110 for tons more coverage for the big rooms.

Picked up the 12-3 cover today and yes, there are feet on the side opposite the handle. But also as was mentioned, the handle doesn't really line up perfectly with the cutout. Oversight or design?

This is the type of thing that creates lifetime customers...

I have a couple of photography companies that have stood behind their products and I will not hesitate to recommend and purchase their products. LowePro bags (in Canada) and Canon. Apple has in the past been very good to me but that was a long time ago and I don't know how good their customer service is these days.

Sorry a bit off topic but still on the customer service front...

I forgot to take photos of my gigs this past week. It was my MG800 on my Uber 115 cab.. Medium size rig of doom!. Punchy, LOUD too with great mid clarity..
I also went to NY to see family and brought my MG800 to show a friend @Bassist30 with a AudioKinesis TC115.. HOLY COW the TC115 and MG800 sounded incredible!

I’ve wondered about those cabs. How do they compare to the Array cabs?
