Genzler Amplification Club

If so you need a head that goes down to 2 ohms to use 2 of them.
See @Joeykun rig above...this is EXACTLY what I'll be doing. (2) Genz Benz UBER 4x10 cabs driven with my Genz Benz 12.0 ShuttleMax! (2) channels, both 600 watts, and one heck of'a good time! Outdoor festival rig only...maybe. :)
Thanks everyone, I will likely stack'em!

I have been out of the game for a number of years. Until recently I worked as a long haul truck driver, which made it impossible for me play in a band. I am now working a local route, have hooked up with some other old boys and started putting a band together. Since I sold my stage rig (GK 700RB with GK 410 and 115) years ago all I had left was my GK MB115 combo. I decided it was time to invest in a proper rig again and started doing some research. Much of it included the experience and opinions that you all share on this board. I was obviously leaning towards a new GK rig but came across this thread and started looking at the Genzler line. The fact that Mr. Genzler himself also posts here and answers questions really impressed me. I checked out a number of video reviews and read some others and liked what I heard. Long story just a bit longer...I just pulled the trigger on an MG800 and MG212T. I should have it in time for band practice this weekend. Thank you all for your help with this decision. I'll post a pic as soon as I can.

You will not be disappointed with your new rig. Looking forward to a pic, and welcome!

Are there reports of any of the Nu Classic cabs being shipped yet?

One store on Reverb (I think) has them on stock. Some store from Missouri IIRC.

Yes, good catch. I put those on my Reverb watch list when they were listed as pre-order, but hadn't noticed that they're now in stock.

Lo-Max? If so, I have purchased multiple times from Michael and recommend him highly.

Yes, it's Lo-Max. I haven't purchased from him but have corresponded with him several time and he seems like a stand-up guy.

Hi, The Nu Classic Cab listings on Reverb and on our LoMax Bass store are all pre-order. Hopefully shipping out this Friday.

My drummer and I got together last night to tighten up some parts, etc. I just absolutely love how the BA15-3 SLT sounds with the drive channel on the Magellan 800. Big, fat, clear sound that totally punches. I had to look to see if that was actually a 15” speaker in there.
Such an amazing cab!!

Think of how awesome it'll be when they introduce a tube head. I think it would sound especially good mounted to say an MG12T-V cab as a sweet tube combo amp at around 30lbs or so and maybe a 175 watts or so into 8ohms and 300ish into 4ohms.

Just brainstorming...

Wait till the “4 On The Floor” comes out!! Tone Perfection!!!

That pedal is so cool looking! It oozes class and quality just like all the Genzler products. I don't use overdrive, and if I want a little "warmth" to my tone I'd probably just use the drive channel on the MG800. But, once I hear some demos of this pedal, maybe I'll become a convert!

The 15 is "Da Bomb"

We finally had our first rehearsal last night and I got to use my new BA 15. Now that's a cab! We were rusty as crud but I was in tone heaven all night. Looking forward to when things open up.
I think I will sell off one of my 12's, keep one for practice, and add a 210 when funds allow.
