Genzler Amplification Club

Ok. Just received my 350. All excited, I hooked it up and nothing. No sound at all. Now I am pretty confident I can hook up an amp, but did I miss something? I could bring the volume up and get the clip light to come on, so bass and cord good. Signal in fine. Have both brand new PBJ cabs hooked up with new Neutric cables. Changed cables to verify with known working cables, still nothing. Made sure the ohm switch was on 4/8 (it was) and nothing
I would message @Jeff Genzler immediately. He will get you sorted. He stands by his products and will make it right.

Does it also not work with other cabs? Do the new PJB cabs work with a different amp? If yes, then it does sound like a bad amp. I have not seen a failure with the MG350 amps, but it is electronics,

No worries, I've responded to your PM and we'll figure it out OR get you a new amp.
Does seem odd to have everything else looking good but no output. The headphone test would tell us a lot.

Simple issue that Jeff pointed out immediately! NL2 cables, not NL4’s! On the first few notes (no more time today to mess with it) I can tell you, through the PBJ Cab27/Cab47, this little rig is.... wow. My G. Gould GGi5 was loving it as well!
Just glad we could get this figured out quickly and easily. Hope you enjoy the new amp.

Played an outdoor gig yesterday with my MG 350 combo and extra BA 10-2 cab. Sound was excellent, easily keeping up with Guitar (Fender Twin Reverb), Drums, Sax, and Vocals without PA support.
Clip Volume at 11 o'clock and Master at 1, with my Hofner up to about 3/4, with plenty of headroom to spare.
I can't believe how great this combo sounds in such a small, light-weight package. Received plenty of complements from the crowd, some of whom were musicians.
Thanks Jeff, and your supporting team.

I’ve owned a lot of pairing and amps and this is my favorite lightweight setup. Hard to believe what that 350 and 10-2 stack puts out.

Cool pic! Nice looking Hofner; what model? I used to have one - want to get another at some point. I did play it through a Genzler BA12-3 pair/MG800.

Thanks. Bass is a Hofner HCT Cavern pickup spacing. Great bass. I recommend it highly. Sounds exceptional with this setup as well as the Genzler 350 12T-V combo.

please don’t tempt me with the 12-3
