I think you're set and won't need the BA12-3, although I'm sure it's tempting (I'm trying to convince myself).
I just picked up a MG12T-V and was playing around with it and my 2 BA 10-2s today and have decided that any combination of those 3 cabs (1 cab, 2 cabs, 3 cabs) sound great.
I also strayed from Jeff's advice and put the MG tweeter at 1/4 rather than off when combined with 1 or 2 BA 10-2s) Seemed a little richer (at least in my basement). I must admit, I do not know the science behind it; Perhaps I should listen to the expert.
Anyway, my options should cover any gig I have. If I ever go back to rock n' roll I may need to grab another MG. But for my pop/jazz combo, I'm set.

I hear you on the MG12T-V. It would be so simple for me to add another one and be done, using either the MG350 or MG800 to drive the pair. Even one cab covers almost all that I do. We'll see how it all goes...

Even though it might trigger my OCD just a bit, I'll have to test the BA10-2 together with the MG12T-V. So many options...

Ah, yes, I remember you posting about trying the cabs together, and they don't stack well, and don't necessarily complement each other. I will try putting a BabyGramma pad between them; it's 15 x 15 inches and would add some stability to the stack. I suppose it's worth a try since I'll have everything in one room.

Found my tonal nirvana with the Bass Array 15-3!

I decided to move on from my Magellan 350 combo/10-2. It is a fantastic setup but I was looking for a little less on the highs and a little more on the deeper lows. I was aiming for the 210-3 but I ended up buying a 15-3!

All the descriptors are there for the cab: powerful low end and depth, clarity, tightness. There's fullness in every string and the low B is killer and so much fun! Running it with a Trickfish Bullhead .5K this setup gives me the old school and modern versatility I was looking for.

When I first listened to the demo of the 15-3 I thought that this could be THE 1x15 for me. At the time I couldn't justify it because my volume needs are low when I jam and I am not in a band (yet). It's been totally worth it because not only is it a joy to play at lower volumes, I know it would be enough for my needs in a future band scenario. I love the Bass Array cabs and I always want to have one around.

Truly a big thank you Jeff for your amazing products!

I debated this for a little bit. I don’t use an amp for more than maybe 5 gigs a year. Mostly jazz and singer/songwriter type stuff. While low volume doesn’t mean you can’t use a big cab and get some depth, I just could justify it at this point. The only thing I’ve heard from band mates and listeners when I use my MG350/12T-V is you sound awesome. If I used an amp more I am pretty sure I’d have one of these and maybe a 210 on top. Enjoy. Jeff and company make great stuff.

Thanks SteveC! And yeah adding a 210 would be amazing but definitely no need in my situation. I am happy that this cab meets my upper limit in size of a one cab solution.

And I would be remiss if I didn't add "and company" as well, as they are part of what brings us great Genzler gear!

I agree. I have the same cab. This cab does so much very well. Would like to add the 210-3 but don’t have a need for it right now. Everyone who hears this cab just loves it.

Just played an outdoor private party—first outing since the whole pandemic thing. There were three guitars all using 30 or so watt 12-inch tube combos, keyboard and full drum kit. All I brought was my MG350/BA 10-2 combo…its first time outdoors (I had previously done an indoor gig in a small-medium room that it covered effortlessly).
Everyone said they could hear the bass clearly with good definition, but it wasn’t until I heard the videos later that I truly understood just how present the bass was in the mix.
I have a second BA 10-2 that I have yet to gig with and I know for sure that the 350/BA 10-2 has its limits, but to say that I am truly gobsmacked at how apparently high those limits are, would be a gross understatement!

I keep hearing great things about the 15-3. If I ever needed to go big again I thought adding a 12-3 would do the trick. But for only a few pounds more, and considering the rave reviews, maybe the 15-3 would be the answer. I don't think there's a wrong choice here.

I've never tried the 12-3. Maybe I would have bought a 12-3 if I heard one, but I'm so happy with my 15-3 that I don't think I'm missing anything. I agree that there's no wrong choice!
