Thank you very much for your reply. I didn't know about bass buddha, thats at least a second shop in the EU. UK shops are out of the equation, as the UK left the EU a few months ago. I'm not sure if customs and other stuff is already up and running, so UK is unattractive from a customer perspective.

I believe I need to reiterate my first post: I do believe that Thomann would gladly order whatever I wished. However, when I order something through them thats not listed, their return policy doesn't apply. Therefore, if for whatever reason I dislike a cab I ordered (haha, like I'd dislike Genzler stuff!), I wouldn't be able to return it. Thats my main gripe with Thomann listing so few Genzler items. That and that I only get to know that other stuff is available through moaning on a forum.

Normally I take a shot from behind my rig looking out front. But, the view behind us is so nice I had to switch it up!!

Played a gig yesterday at the same venue as played 2 months ago and I anticipated comparing my "new" BA 10-2 & BA 12-3 stack against the 2 x BA 10-2 stack I used there last time. Unfortunately, due to the weather threats they threw us into a partial built fixture with an open front and back. Last time we were on a open patio with a back wall. So acoustically very different.
In any case, I loved the sound this thing put out. Full, rich, and booming. Highs and lows as crisp and thick as anyone cold ask for. I think it justifies the extra 11 pounds. At least for outdoor and larger gigs.

This was a deciding factor in my decision to go with the BA 15-3 SLT. I have read many times @JeffGenzler reach out to somebody personally as he did with me, to help with a purchase or some type of support. Thanks for that type of support and superior products.

For me, the best customer service I have found is Genzler and Bergantino. Both are stellar. And I know that this is a Genzler forum, but both have been helpful in answering my own personal questions, and I see both men active here helping others. It seems COVID has hit a lot of companies I used to like hard, when it comes to service, so all my recent equipment now is from them. (I do have a Trickfish amp and two C4s from Phil Jones, but those are from companies where service has been good as well). I own nothing by Fender etc. — except a Rascal I never play — so keep going Jeff and Jim!

I'm looking into having an Anvil case made for my BA210-3 and BA15-3 SLT and I'm curious how the slant sits in one. Does the depth dimension take into account the angle from lower front to upper rear? I'm thinking it does as the 15 has a depth of 19 3/8" vs the 210 which is 18" but I'm curious if anyone has had one made and had any issues?

i would put it against a wall and measure it with a tape measure…

If I owned the 15 I’d do it for you but alas only 12’s here. ;)​

@Jamvan ---- sorry, I was out on a grandparents day yesterday --- Aquarium and beach time!!
About your question, if you're looking at the slanted cabinet in profile from the side, this depth dimension (19 3/8") is from the bottom/front edge of the cab to the top/back point ---- like Loring say's, as if you placed the back of the cab against a wall, that is the point that would touch the wall first. The cab is actually 18" deep if you measure it exact front to back (on the slant). But allowing for the 6 degree slant, the actual depth comes out deeper.
This means that if you had a hardshell case made there would be a gap of open air from the top/back to the bottom tray that that the cab would sit in.
ALSO ---- they could add a triangular wedge on the front side that would lay against the baffle when you slid the top of the case onto the cab and tray.
