Genzler Amplification Club

I noticed that Bass Central now carries Genzler! I dealt with Bass Central when I lived in Florida. Always had a good experience dealing with them.
I just moved to GA and I am planning a trip down there to see the stuff in person and hopefully place my order for a custom sandberg, looks like I can pick out my genzler cab too.

Tonight’s rig shot at our show at an old opera house in Northern, NH!

Ok, I'm continuing to gain experience with one or a pair of BA10-2s. I did a pair of outdoor gigs with a trio that I'm in...two acoustic guitars through amps and DI'd to a Bose PA, three voices through the PA, and me through the MG350 and a pair of BA10-2s with no PA.

The first gig had the band against an outside wall per the pics below. The reinforcement of the wall behind the Genzler rig caused me to turn down even lower than usual. But the sound was still clear and punchy with a lot of headroom left.

The second outdoor gig (no pic) was open air behind the band, so I could play at normal volume (about 11 o'clock on channel volume and 10 o'clock on the master). Every time I use this rig I'm amazed at the volume, clarity and punch.

The 10-2’s kick butt. Sooooo punchy and full. Sooooo small and light. Not harsh/brittle.

Those little cabs are the poster child for “punch above your weight”.

Wow. Living in a very hockey centric area, I know people who would kill for that opportunity. We’ve had the Stanley Cup here more than a couple times. Lots of UND alum in the NHL.

It was pretty surreal. He contacted us out of the blue, said he was a fan, and asked us to play his party. How can you pass that up?

I'd like to talk about the availability of Genzler gear in the EU.

I bought my Magellan 350 about 4 years ago, together with a 12" bass array cab. Good stuff, realy like it. Will add some rubber feet on the side of the cab, as I got the old version with the handle on the side and it got some dings on the side from transportation.
Anyway: 4 years ago I could buy my gear from differenz shops in the EU (whereas the head was already on clearance sell). Nowadays the only shop in the EU carrying Genzler gear is Thomann. There is no other shop on ebay or reverb. And Thomann only carries both Magellan heads, the 10" and 15" bass array cabs, the new 4OTF and some bags.
No Magellan cabs, no other bass array cabs, no NU cabs.

I'm in the market for either a second 12" bass array cab (want the slanted version this time) or the 15" bass array, but I'm limited in my options here due to availability. Of course, importing from the US is an option, but unfeasible for several reasons.

Are there any plans to remedy the situation in the EU? Or is the EU no interesting target market for Genzler?

Hello @rowsi. Thanks for using our gear. Certainly Thomann can order that cab for you. Our distributor in Denmark has stock. There is also Bass Buddah in Denmark and Bass Direct in the UK that should have stock. Also Andertons in the UK.
Our distributor does have the new NC-112T cabs in there stock as well. But sounds like the BA12-3SLT will be a good match with what you have. I'm happy to assist with more detail if needed.
Thanks again.
