The E string is sitting a little too far to the left on the bridge saddle. You can see it too close to the edge on the neck and moving to the left out of the tail piece.

Sometimes they did boneheaded things at the factory. I had a badly cut nut, the string kept slipping out of the slot. Had to change the nut on a new instrument.

Never had a problem with it. In the "flesh" the E string was just fine, really.

I do casual computer work after hours and weekends--in exchange for venison moose, salmon, halibut, etc. One time I did a computer job for a friend and he brought by a half butchered deer in a cardboard box. The feet were sticking out. Carey asked him what it was, thinking it was a box of toys. The guy replied, 'why that's Bambi..' I can no longer accept meat that isn't finished and freezer bagged. Carey doesn't want to see it... :bag:

I think kids should know where their meat comes from. Down here that would be Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Walmart grocery.:smug:

My grandfather owned a corner butcher shop. I spent a lot of time there as a kid and learned to appreciate the hard work that went into it. I liked making and smoking pork garlic sausages. They also did meat for slicing, cured meats, etc.
