Fingers crossed. Still no cases in Sitka. Only shortage we have is hand sanitizer. A lot of locals have started to make face masks from home. God bless them!

My wife is a retired nurse and very handy with a sewing machine. She is making masks for a local hospital.

I told her that she needs to get some fabric with the Bearcat logo on it for the masks, but she decided that she should ignore my suggestions. Go figure!

Nothing like a good soak in the autoclave, I always say. Seems to me within personal living memory doctors and nurses used reusable masks. Oh yes, certain of it.

I think I'd rather get the plague and die, than wear one of those. :D

Common plague, pneumonic plague, or septicemic plague?

PC or Mac?

Option A: It depends on the internet browser and the computer. Try a different browser and see if it can load the images.

Option B: It could be related to ad blocking. Try turning off “disable pop-up windows” in the browser preferences.

Option C: It could be down to settings that stop certain images such as avatars from being loaded and displayed in the browser.

Option D: Try clearing your browser's talkbass caches, again in the browser’s preferences. This will requiring reentering your password to log into TB.

After decades, wives change. Mine used to think I was very funny! :roflmao: Sadly I don't have an audience so she's a captive audience. When we met, she used to eat steaks with me, watch 50's b/w sci fi movies, and we drank Olde English 400 malt liquor together. Well, the booze went first, then the steaks, then the movies. Now she laughs at Dr. Pol the animal vet but not me!

Amazing. I thought Javascript was all but dead at this point........

There’s a virus that tells you you need to update javascript, it then keeps taking you to a web page that sells a product to remove the virus. If you remove all related files that have the name of the virus, it doesn’t take care of them all. A hidden one gets renamed every time you bring up the browser.

A free version of Malwarebytes fixed this one for me and others.
