The city live in just posted the list of non essential businesses. Here are the top five:
5. Liquor Stores
4. Music Stores
3.Strip Clubs
2. Casino's
1. Brothels
Please remind me why I moved here!

Bob

Actually it is the top 5 in reverse order for both LV and Reno as they are in the only 2 counties that allow all 5.Is this the top 5 list of essential businesses or a recommended list of what to do in Vegas...going in reverse order of 5 to 1....
I am asking for a friend.![]()
... ... Reminds me of what I feel is the funniest commercial made. The 20th anniversary of Woodstock was sponsored by Coca Cola. They had Steven Stills, Graham Nash and Joe MacDonald on the stage reminiscing and Nash asked "Remember the last time we were here?" Stills nodded and MacDonald just said "Nooooo".

Weird Wednesday.
Never got as far as breakfast before I was heaving nothing into the loo. This happens once in a while for no reason I can see. My doctors know this happens, and ask me to make note of any factors that come with it. No food, no fever, nuttin'. I dry heave for five minutes and then it's gone as quickly as it came. Likely not worth reporting given the state of the medical system right now.
The city says wait and see till July 1 for festivals. Summer festivals are a big tourism revenue thing. I expect that they will be cancelled. Many musicians only have work during the summer season, they normally go on social assistance outside of the summer.
Same story for seasonal workers at the port. A lot of summer jobs there for students acting a guides for various attractions.
You know, "they" say, "If you can remember it, you weren't really there!"
.
Coke - Pepsi? Stills - Sebastian? Joe - Joe!
.
Bob, by coronary to the aforesaid "being there" rule, you just proved that you did see the commercial!
PS: I see your grump and raise you two grumbles!![]()

Take care and hope you feel better soon.Weird Wednesday.

I really hesitated to hit "Like" because having been there nothing to like about it. Quite a period time past after therapy was completed before I would stop doing that. It was like my body had obtained a habit. But it did finally resolve. My Drs. just said don 't worry it will go away. Kinda like constipation,,,, BobWeird Wednesday.

Thank you, that is the jazz that I'm holding in my avatar. That recording is pretty gnarly sounding and I've dialed back the gain on my head just a touch because, while I love that sound, I don't want it to sound like that all the time. But I'd just gotten out of the hospital that day so I was feeling about as gnarly as that sounds![]()

It's such a stressful time, anxiety over Odin's stunt could be at the top of the list. Finding a way to relax isn't easy. Especially hard since they halted production of Coronation Street and East Enders, two weaknesses.
"Out, or in, but not both at once," I told him. As if he bothers to listen! Cats are cats after all.Man, I'm sorry to hear all of that. This situation sure isn't making anyone feel better about life at the moment, that's for sure. I'm having good days and bad ones, but I figure if I do all the right things I will eventually be able to say I lived through it. But yeah, I'm putting the G in GOF these days, for sure.Thank you,
It has been absolutely Nutz here. I was notified yester day that my bass teacher closed completely and is not sure if he is reopening, a number of businesses have been cited, the big three music stores in town are closed, the big on line sites are running out of stock, one of which asked me to end my listing and when I did temporarily cancelled my account, and that Partridge in the pear tree left. Needless to say I have moved beyond grumpy and isolated beyond social. Soooo those in physical proximity have had the misfortune to experience Bob in a really bad mood.
I hereby claim as a member of GOF my right to Grump.
I sincerely hope everyone's days are going much better. Because i really really don't like this!
Becareful, safe, and remember Wash Your Hands! ;[)
