The Cleveland-based Contemporary Youth Orchestra, under the direction of principal conductor/founder Liza Grossman. Alongside guitarist/musical director Will Evankovich and backed by the next generation of the finest high-school-aged musicians in Ohio.

Finally got a little rain last night...have to see how much dirt it washed off my jeep.

Btw...the lack of capitalization on "jeep" reflects my age. There are cars, trucks, vans, and jeeps. (SUVs are cars) There are American jeeps, Brit jeeps, German jeeps, Japanese jeeps, etc.

A Wrangler or CJ or whatever is a jeep. A Defender is a jeep, so is a Bronco. A Grand Wagoneer is a Jeep, but not a jeep.

And I wish I had a pencil thin mustache.

Very cool! Been a fan of Styx since their club days in Chicago in the early '70s.

Here in the land of post-coffee what may we find but

a calendar reminder for a doctor's appointment this morning that I already knew was moved to the 28th of the month
a voice call reminding me of a a doctor's appointment Wednesday that is in my calendar for next Thursday.

Once they get your text and email in the system, you’ve had it. You’re at the mercy of every screwup the receptionist cares to make. Then there are the reschedules, asking if you can come earlier/later. The phone pings like a pinball machine.

The last thing that I want on my birthday is a greeting from my dentist with their standard boilerplate reminding me to floss.
