That was the 4004L SPC with the E tuned to D, using both pickups.
Here are a couple more. These are both the 4004L SPC with just the bridge pickup solo'ed. All this stuff is pretty much stream of unconsciousness noodling, but it does provide fodder for future potential hit songs. I hit record on the recorder and go to town (I'm go somewhere, anyway!

Others as well. I found the cold days we’ve had to be difficult. If I don’t acclimatize, it’s going to be a tough winter.

As one who comes from cold climes and also avoids being cold wherever possible, it's been a long practice to keep the parka parked until December. The reasoning is if I don't acclimatize myself first, I'll have an even longer and colder personal winter.

Very nice stuff, the first one sounds like acoustic guitar noodling, I like to play around with chording when I'm just sitting around noodling, the second sounded very modern, I never tried one of those, very good sounding.

That fleece-lined flannel one in Black Watch plaid from L.L. Bean was a real nice Christmas present a few years back, I don't mind saying.
I like a nice shawl with a warm woman in it, too.
Some 35 years ago I was still footloose and fancy free playing in various clubs in Western Oregon and Washington. The band was based out of Salem Oregon where we had apartments. One weekend gig we played at the Flames in Lincoln City. We had nice hotel rooms and after the show we met some nice young ladies from Portland and Salem. I had made a connection with a nice young lass school teacher and she came to the club. Afterwards I invited her to my room to socialize and share a bottle of wine.
It was all harmless--we sat on the couch and watched TV. There was never any hanky panky. She had a very soft pink sweater on because it was a bit chilly. It was bulky and oversized on her but she was very fit. While we had the TV on she and I fell asleep--her laying against me on the couch-- and I remember feeling that warm, soft, comforting pink sweater against me all night. The next day we woke up and I took her to breakfast. I'll never forget that warm, soft, pink sweater. She wrote her number on a card and gave it to me. I lost it but it was meant to be because I would have never met my soulmate if I pursued the teacher. I wouldn't trade that for the lady I have now, but it was nice to have such a soft memory. Still to this day it makes me smile.
But March 2021 will be 34 years Carey and I together!

Layers keep the chill out. The cold in Ireland is legendary. Even the Romans said the place is too cold and wet. I imagine the cold on Sitka isn't so brutal.
Chicago is the hardest sustained cold I've experienced, but rural Kansas and Fargo get top billing too.

When I'm in MA I love going out walking in the winter especially when it's snowing, I'll use two pairs of sweatpants, T shirt, under garnments, 2 or 3 sweatshirts with something over them with a zipper so I can open it once I get going, stocking hat, gloves, scarf etc. Nice and quiet with no one around. I had a 5 mile circuit I use to walk often, many other shorter routes too. I really miss walking while I'm out here, you have to stop at every corner or you'll get flattened. I walked in the summer too but much more enjoyed it in the summer.
Born and raised in Miami. Got to Great Lakes Naval Training Center 12/1/1964-a little north of Chicago. I'd never seen snow(was shoveling it the next morning @ 0215)and didn't know it could get that cold(wind offa Lake Michigan). Large, economy size "NOPE!".
