The two guitarists, though -- man, it was almost like a contest between them as to who would show up to a gig with the longest cord. One memorable time, when they both could have strolled deep into the dance floor with the length of the cords, the drummer -- the drummer!-- looked back and forth between them, shook his head and said, "You guys are idiots."
Kind of like this guy?

He's a Smithereen out there in the audience.

This year I said that I wan’t going to cook a turkey for Christmas. I got to the store and got hooked by a small (10lb) organic one. Cooked it overnight last Sunday, due to a lack of space in the fridge. Turkey comes with extra wings and legs for the gravy/soup stock pot. It turned out well. Food donations go to a shelter.

I’ve been buying shelled unsalted sunflower seeds for the birds in the forest. They really like them and sing. Unfortunately, so do the squirrels.

It's stewed oysters to-night

It's Milan
love this city
an old home to me

To the left there is the Galleria. There is an anatomically correct mosaic of a bull in the middle. Custom holds that a woman's wish will be granted if she stomps on the bull's [Rocky Mountain Oysters] and spins three times on her heel. The tiles are well-worn.

Maybe someone can explain this to me. Some call it an elevator, some call it a (turbo) lift, others use l' ascenseur and ascensore. What goes up, must come down. But yet there isn’t a term that encompasses elevating and descending.

They're el/los ascensor(es) out here. Or el elevador although that one is not very common here.

...I took up the offer to see America :bag: :bag: :bag: ...
What parts of America are your favorites? ;)
America had a nice rawness when performing live. Talented singers and musicians. They really were just kids.
They were great when I saw then in 1974.

So, some poor schmuck is going to end up with a turkey without its wings and legs, eh?
Inspiration!

There is, we just can't discuss it, here.
