The butcher sells extra for stock purposes so I don’t have to chop up the turkey. But in the end, they debone it for serving anyway.

Just a quick note to thank all the good people on TalkBass for their contributions in making this incredible (incredibly bad) year more enjoyable. I, for one, enjoyed the help and humor that provided a much-needed distraction from the horrors of COVID, etc.
