The odds of three people having a birthday on the same day (well, one removed) is approximately 1 in 365 times 1 in 365 times 1 in 365 which works out to one chance in 49 million. Right up there with a lottery win.
I find little to celebrate with each oncoming birthday. 70 is going to sound sooooooooooooooooo old.

The French have a way of getting around that. They don't count higher than 69 but they have to be able to do math.
70 is soixante-dix, sixty and ten, sixty and eleven, sixty and twelve, etc. 80 is quatre-vingts, or for twenties, 81 is quatre-vingt-un, four twenties and one, 90 is quatre-vingt-dix, four twenties and ten, etc.
