We went to Busch Stadium a number of times when we live in StL. Good seats, loge level, shade, 3rd bass line (see what I did there?), tickets about 7-8 bucks. We enjoyed it most of the time. but a 1-0 ball game with nothing much going on is pretty boring unless you're with about 20 of your coworkers in a reserved party room, with food and beer. Most of the time those visits ended up like "Was there a ball game today?" "Who played?". One of the visits was extended to a bar across from the stadium. Let's just say we were having a good enough time that the bar owner ran us off and closed early - on a Saturday. Some folks went to another bar across the street. Mrs GT and I went with my boss and her husband to McGurk's Irish Pub and continued the activities. Can't say we remember much after that but we must have made it home okay. The following Monday, someone made this form to be filled out.
We miss hanging with those guys and gals. Most of the time it was fun at work, too. The whole subsidiary was about 1000 people scattered over five states, everyone pretty much knew everyone. Dysfunctional family is a pretty good description.
