I got my first one (MI100-8) in the mid '80s. Then I had another similar one in the late '90s, and got the Super in April '01. I sold it about 15 years later. These days I sport an Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 (I also had a Markbass LM II and F1 previous to acquiring the Aguilar).

BTW, yours (as you know, but for those who may not) is a stereo model. :thumbsup:

Oh, I'm not being secretive. At least not intentionally. A little history. I bought the 67NR in 73. In ~76 some little hellions at a wedding reception ran through the band 'area'(no stage, on the floor in the corner), tripped over the cable and knocked the bass to the floor, cracking the HS. No apology received and these ppl were 'connected';).
I took it to a violin maker in N. Miami Beach who grafted a piece of mahogany into the break. He let me know I would lose the serial#. Since I didn't-and still don't-intend to sell it, I didn't GAS. Over the years it's been bumped, banged, knocked over, and exploded(OK, that might be a stretch)a few more times. It had developed a crack near the A tuner[not tuna]and the neck had a bit of a bow which resulted in the action being a bit higher than I like. The luthier at the shop I frequent has done some repair on it b4. As he said once, "it might break again but not there". The new crack wasn't there. Plus, I don't have the proper tool for neck adjustments. And if I attempt repairs on a 54+ y/o bass and f---* it up, I'd hafta pay even more $ to have them fix my boo-boo.
