The only time I ever talked to J's witnesses was long ago when the house I owned had an enclosed front porch AND the weather was terrible. You could tell it was J's witnesses because they always worked in 3's, one boss dude and two noobs. I don't remember ever seeing a boss dudette. I'd crack the porch door only enough to talk through it, leaving them out in the nasties for as long as I could keep them going. When I finally got tired, I just closed the door in their faces and went back inside. Fun! Other than that...get outta my face!

My Dad answered the door to one of the religious group pairs. One said "I'd like to talk to you about Armageddon". My Dad said "Oh, I'm very familiar with Armageddon". The young man said "Oh. Well what can you tell me about Armageddon?" Pop said "That's part of the title of Tommy Dorsey's theme song"(blank stare, crickets) "You know, Armageddon Sentimental Over You".:smug:
They left.
