Same here except from a little pre-winter snow that didn't require my attention. Sno Blo is locked and loaded. Mowers in the back of the shed behind it. New fake Carrhartts brought up from the basement and in the coat closet.Been lucky weather wise so far this year. Haven't had to break out the snow blower yet. Bunches of rain but no snow so far. (Sharky is furiously knocking on wood as he types this.)
Now that I have a Jeep with heat, it might throw everything off!
Speak too soon??Yup , fingers and toes all accounted for. Looks like the old band leader has decided he's not going to book around my new band and has given me my walking papers. It's amicable so no problem there. Heck , I already have almost as many bookings with the new band for this year as I had with the old band last year.
If any of you haven't heard of a band called Lake Street Dive , I highly recommend you check them out. Singer has the best set of pipes I've heard in a while and the stand up bass player will knock your socks off. She plays elec. bass too but I haven't heard any of her stuff on that.

Loving the new 2 12 AV so far. About five gigs under its belt and it handles everything the old 8 10 did with ease. Think I'll donate one of my 8 10s to Gatorbait the next time he gets back in town. Hehehehehe , he's living in Denver right now and freezing his nads off. (Still furiously knocking on wood.)
I know I don't post in here a lot but I have been following the thread. Hope all is well with everybody. Happy new year. Let's all try to make the best of it.
Wait.... what.....is that a snowflake I see outside my window?????? ****!
Here sir! All part as intact as last roll call!
FLY NAVY!
Modern society:
Young people have had their immune system coddled by their parents. Never allowed to get hot, cold, rained on or touch a germ. Wash their hands ever 15 minutes. Eat out of a bleached kitchen. Then when they fly the coup and live on their own, they enjoy the freedom, no longer have the bleached kitchen and enjoying their new found freedom, shorts an T shirts in the winter. If still on healthcare from their parents, they continue eating antibiotics when they get the sniffles. They eat bad food.
Meanwhile, their elders, the 30 somethings, heat their house to 78F, go out into sub-freezing weather to a cold car, drive it to work, now shivering and heat the cars interior to 90F. Then park and walk a ways in the cold, building up body heat, go into the 72F building and walk a ways with their coat on. Then they have a meeting with the 20 somethings and exchange germs. They sometimes serve bad food at the germ exchange. They don't sleep.
The 40 somethings get all caught up in their mid life crisis and all bets are off.
Then the GOFs, have a naturally declining immune system and get caught in the crossfire.
I keep my house at 60F, run the AC all winter in the datacenter. Refuse to go to meetings. Now that I have a Jeep with heat, it might throw everything off!

I stopped by GC, WPB, to check one out. Nope, they ain't got.Present and all systems go!
Practicing Sunday morning's music today, getting the ultralight Vox VX50BA ready for tomorrow's grueling early morning 5-minute journey to church for an hour's rehearsal before service. Ah! The suffering for my art! Blessed am I.
Hail, and well met, to my brethren GOFs! Now, get off my lawn.

Everything that was there still is, with varying degrees of operability. Gig tonight @ 19th Hole restaurant/lounge of local golf course. Very small area so we hafta do it as a trio, which eliminates some of our repatwa, er song list. That's it!! This is our space:All's well at these ends.
I 'talked' to a guy at VOX who said the MV50 Clean would work well with my R112. Not right now, maybe later.Yeah, Plaid one, I've only ever seen the miniscule MV50 heads in a Sam Ash before. Had to order the VX50BA to get hands on it, but glad I did.
Yeah, like Doc Intrepid in the CC, 'cept he just uses it as a preamp.I 'talked' to a guy at VOX who said the MV50 Clean would work well with my R112. Not right now, maybe later.
I've mentioned plugging the Bassman 25 into the R112. Terrific sound to where I'm thinking of removing the head from the B25 and making a housing for it to use with the 112.Yeah, like Doc Intrepid in the CC, 'cept he just uses it as a preamp.

FLY NAVY!
Does the new Jeep have heated bum warmers? Those are quite nice on a cold day.
I haven't seen bridle launching shots in a long time and it's been years since I saw a Vigilante flying and not on a pole doing gate guard duty. Those guys on Indy's flight deck were definitely making things happen on that launch evolution.
You may notice I am no longer a Gold Supporting Member. My membership ran out. i will not renew due to the draconic way we were all were treated!
. . . . Watched a Murdoch Mystery, held on my laptop, on our big TV via our Apple TV unit using Home Sharing. Worked very well indeed!![]()
It will wipe your ass for you if you can find the button to push. Yup got the butt warmers and separate temperature controls.Does the new Jeep have heated bum warmers? Those are quite nice on a cold day.
