Gibson SG Bass ID (Solved--consensus is it's a modded SG)

Hi I am trying to figure out which model of Gibson SG bass this is. I can’t seem to find a match when I search.

The pickup and knob placement seems unusual compared to everything I could find so far.

Does anyone recognize this Gibson model?
