Gigbag or hardshell?

90% I would (and do use a gig bag)

But there are some times when it is nice to have a hardcase. Like when you bring it to a store to try out stuff. Or when you are bringing it somewhere to be repaired.

I use hardshells most of the time.

1. The majority of the time I need to transport my bass[es] there are lager and heavier things along with it.

2. I have 3 basses; 2 T-bird [ish] and a destroyer [explorer] that won't fit in any gigbag.

3. Cases Look cooler, and stickers adhere to them better.

Now for a jam at some one's house, or something the like, a gig bag is great.
