Girlfriend is PSY-CHO

From a woman's POV...

If my husband got home at 4:30 a.m., I'd not be thrilled.

Did she require you to prove you called, or did she just say, "Well, your calls never showed up on the phone"? There's a big difference. Was she simply irritated that she did not hear from you, or did she rant and rave and get ugly? Big difference. She can be irritated without being called "psycho".

If my man said he called me, but I don't remember a call, and I can't find him on the caller ID, and he was out all night, I'd be asking some questions, too. I wouldn't be real, real mad, but I'd be irritated with him, yeah.

I'm right there with McHack on this one. You guys really know how to blow things out of proportion.

This GF of yours is a "PSY-CHO" because she does not remember a conversation at 4:30 in the morning?

The rest of you think he should dump her and run because she doesn't trust or believe him, and this is now a relationship breaking trust issue?

Wow....

They're just dating...if they were married, I could see the cause for concern, but I don't understand this mentality where a girlfriend has to be appraised of her boyfriend's location 24/7.

Depends on how serious the relationship is, really.

Again, if she's just irritated, I don't think that's anything to break up over. If she's enraged, then yes, he should run away, run away, its a killer rabbit.

I have to be the voice of balance here. This does not sound psycho to me. I had girlfriends in my single days where I had to hide the knives just in case the voices told her to do impromptu surgery on me in my sleep.

I had one who sewed the sheets into a big pouch around me while I was asleep and then went and got a broomstick to beat on me with. Fortunately she wasn't very strong so I wasn't badly hurt, just freaked out going from totally asleep to being hit with a stick. She ran away when I managed to get loose.

One got into a screaming argument with a chair. Based on her side of the yelling match, I suspect the chair was making some good cogent points. I wish I knew what she thought it was saying.

One burned more than half of all my clothes while I was at work.

One very recent-at-the-time ex-girlfriend seduced my then-current-girlfriend. They ended up becoming a very solid couple and are in fact, still together nearly twenty years later. But I have to say, few things make you doubt yourself quite so badly as "What did I do that was so wrong that they gave up on guys entirely?"

I think you should change the title of the thread to "Girlfriend is grumpy in the morning."

Seems like someone got addicted psycho sex. Best sex around, but as you're pointing out, it always comes with a price. :scowl:

Honesty, is such a lonely word,
Everyone is so untrue.

Honesty, is hardly ever heard,
and mostly what I need from yooooouuuuu.

If ya ain't got trust, you ain't got nuthin' at all, but it's your call - if you like drama and spending more time explaning yourself or demanding her to explain herself, stick with this "relationship".

Hey, what the hell? Some people live for this sort of drama in their relationships... Not me... but who knows? Maybe this dude gets a rush outta being 50% pissed, 50% "in love"...
