GK MB115 - How to remove amp head?

My GK MB115 had an accident. I had it tilted, leaning on the wall, vibrations of the wooden floor moved it and it fell on its back. Now, power input jack is damaged and I want service guy to check it, but would like to avoid carrying whole combo. If I could get amp out, it would make my life easier.
The long story short: is it possible to remove amp and how is it done?

Looks like it's a MB115 Gen 1 combo. The amp is removable but I'd suggest that you leave it in place and take the entire unit to the tech to have it checked out. That way he can make sure that all of the components in it are working correctly and to spec.

If you're unable to send the entire combo to a tech, reach out to GK through their website and ask them for assistance on how to remove the amp section from the cabinet.

There are two bolts on each side of the cabinet that hold the amp section in place. There is also double sided tape, so you'll have to use something to pry it out once the bolts are removed. You will need to remove the 15" driver to unplug it and the tweeter so you can fish the cabled through the access hole in the cab to the amp chassis.
