GK neo...

So I need some advice.... I got a gk mb200 playing through a gk neo 4x10.. first two days played fine. Now ten minutes into playing the horn is squeaking pretty bad. In the back is the horn volume. I thought it might help to turn it down but squeaky whine remains. Anyone have experience with this? Any ideas?

Maybe get the 112 now and buy another 112 later.....

Maybe it's not blown. Maybe it's just vibrated loose. Or the grill has. Or there's a wire that's very close to some component on the inside that's vibrating against it.

Not sure why so many are against the single 12 for gigging. I've used a single Aggy GS 112 for the last 5 years and haven't needed any more, even with loud drummers. I play blues and pop, so no metal, but it's been fine for me. I play in all size venues, but usually have PA, so that makes a difference. I'd vote 112 now and add one later.

I hear, but disagree. What constitutes a "loud drummer" or a "loud guitar player" can vary. What I do agree on, however, is that two good 12s can rock pretty good. I saw two bands--TB member bass players, too--not a couple of weeks ago in my hometown. Both of them were rockin' a pair of Aguilar 12s (different models it looked like, though). I can tell you it worked. And this was rock music, no question about it.
