Gk1001rb I I noise help please!

Have a GK 1001rb iii that is very loud. Not in its musically loud, like it has a loud buzz. I have tried switching basses, cords, cabinets, cables, grounding, different power etc and it still buzzed. I will post a YouTube link of the sound.

Do I need to just take it in? Have you heard this before?

Any thoughts appreciated.

The noise is in the video. I have the amp on mute then hit the mute switch and then the noise.
I have tried switching speaker cables, ran an extension cord from the house to the practice room so it's on a totally different circuit
And it is dead quiet when nothing is plugged into it.
I have also tried other basses etc.

Have you tried plugging directly into the effects return and seeing if you still hear the noise? Unless I'm mistaken, that should bypass the preamp.

If you get the same noise, then likely your power section. No noise, likely it's your pre (or something else in between - try bridging the send/return with a cable as well and testing). Either way you'll probably need to get it serviced, so it may not matter... the detective in me would be curious though.
