I have a 6 string bass which in install the bart CBC pickups and Glock preamp, the highs are a little flat how can i fix this

Hard to understand exactly what you're saying. Did you already install both components? What do you mean by "flat"? A dull sound? The Glock pre is designed with a very high clear upper end, so if it's working properly then a dull sound would be coming from the strings or somewhere else. Maybe if you spell out exactly what you did and what it sounds like, then we can help.
