GNI or NIG Bass Shaper, any thoughts?

They're branded as NIG in South America (?) where the operation is based, and GNI in the States. Not sure how the rest of the market is divided up
They actually had/have a whole line of pedals, I had the Phaser-Flanger pedal, it was cool and the construction was solid.
I don't see them for sale new in many places, but then again I haven't been looking
