I guess that was after Paul Rodgers quit, because he could play guitar OK.
It was about 1979 or so. I don't know the personnel, but if it was someone who could really play guitar, maybe he did it this way because he slung it lefty.

That was an interesting show. Kansas was the opening act but they weren't touring together. Bad Company didn't know who the opener was until they got to town, according to someone I knew who was involved in the production. Kansas came out 30 minutes early (7:30 for an 8:00 show; the house was only about 1/4 full) and were noticeably pissed off. The singer only said "They only gave us 40 minutes to play, so we're we're not going to talk." They played a blistering set of back to back to back songs with no encore and were off the stage by 8:15.

Bad Company sucked by comparison.
