It did rank high on the unintentional comedy meter, but still I think this is exhibit A in my case for revoking my wife's redbox privileges. Exhibit B would be "Pompeii".

Not to discuss religion here, but as a general rule of thumb, Christian movies are almost always awful. I've seen bad atheist movies, too, but Christian movies win it on cheesiness.

There are thousands of movies that suck, but I get your point

I've watched a few religious (Jewish, Muslim and Christian) movies for some reason. There's only one religious movie that I've watched that doesn't suck in my opinion, but it has Anthony Quinn as the lead actor. It is about the beginning of Muslim religion, I can't stand to watch it or any other religious movies now though.

Before this thread inevitably gets closed, for anyone that's seen the trailer or the whole movie, I feel it's important to explain that atheists don't think god is dead. The evil atheist professor Kevin Sorbo wants his students to assert god doesn't exist by writing down "god is dead". I hope we can all understand why this is asinine.

Seems to me that if you wanted to get your message out to more people, you'd make a movie people would be interested in watching, and enjoyed watching, so they'd recommend it.
